GIVING THANKS
Can you believe that Thanksgiving is already this week? It is one of our favorite holidays because it gives us extra time to spend with friends and family, and of course provides us with an annual excuse to pig out. This year, like many before, we have a lot to be thankful for, but it is sometimes hard to figure out how to express gratitude. Here are some JUGS-approved articles to get your mind right for Thanksgiving:

EATS
Hosting or attending a Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving this week and need a fool-proof last minute recipe? How about Deep Dish Pumpkin Meringue Pie? YUM!
Or if you need an epic idea for leftovers, we are loving these leftover-stuffed mushrooms by our fellow Boston blogger Domestikated Life.
And if you and you're loved ones would rather not cook, you should definitely consider heading to Russell House Tavern for their annual 3-course Thanksgiving Dinner by Executive Chef Tom Borgia.
TREATS
This week's biggest treat, of course, is that for most of us, this is the shortest work week of the year! WOOOHOOO thank goodness for the pilgrims! But there are some other great things about this week too. Firstly, there are some good movies coming out - namely The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I - which is now in theaters. Anyone seen it yet?! If so, how was it?!!!??? TELL US EVERYTHING!
The other main treats this week are Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. The JUGs are huge fans of Small Business Saturday and absolutely encourage buying locally-made holiday gifts and supporting our favorite entrepreneurs. Make sure to check out our Black Friday/Small Biz Sat shopping suggestions.
TWEETS
Twitter requires a lot of upkeep - there is constantly new content to read, to people to follow, and scandals to discover. Typically, I try to keep my "following" list fairly streamlined so I only see tweets I'm really interested in - which means I skip celebs. But that doesn't mean I don't love a dose of celebrity gossip now and then. Luckily, Buzzfeed collects the best celeb tweets each week and puts them in a nice little list. I highly recommend this - and their roundup of celebrity instagrams of the week!
