Gal Gab: 2024 Olympics in Boston?

As you may know, our city has a bid to host the 2024 summer games.  There are other contending cities internationally, so we won't know for quite some time.  Personally, this sounds like a complete disaster.  Our beloved city went through hell and back for decades following the Big Dig, so accommodating the masses between pedestrian traffic, roads, transit and facilities (in and outside of the city), would spin any Bostonian's head.  Of course, these decisions tend to be about the bottom line, financials, so maybe that would win the vote. Meanwhile, our city could spend millions for the bid and still lose.  How do you weigh in?  Be sure to comment or tweet with your opinion!
